big scale 134.2, small scale 134.5. I was really bad yesterday and only did AM yoga, no elliptical or PM yoga. definitely back on track today. the last few #'s are the hardest to achieve, as well as maintaining goal weight. another beautiful, sunny day. watered the garden. plants are growing like crazy. did yoga and then caught a few rays on the deck, that felt good. was able to do elliptical earlier this afternoon. lots of noise outside this evening with fireworks.
