The binges are getting closer together. Eat smaller meals more often and regulate yourself. Fruits are good but not for you. Fruits cause a sugar spike that makes you feel hungry. When you feel hungry you crave sweets. Trade out the fruits for vegetables. After eating a fruit you are starving 10-15 min later. After eating vegetables you feel a bit hungry 1-1.5 hours later.
It is the holidays so enjoy the loss. But know that you can do way better. Focus.
