I ate out two nights in a row, and gained 2 lbs. Sodium? Tonight I'm staying in, so maybe a healthy low sodium dinner will turn things around. I go up a few lbs, then down a few lbs., then up again. It's not a lot of lbs., but I feel heavy, thick, and I'm tired of this roller coaster routine!
