I hate the holidays now im so disappointed in myself :( i hate that i do this to myself!

New year, new you! Remotivate yourself. Go to amazon.com and look up reviews for a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It helps with food issues, changing our behaviors and thoughts, etc. You have to regain control. Most of the planet does this to themselves. Now it's over and time to move on and get back to it. Get some new workout videos or take a new exercise class. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Bundle up (if its cold where you are) and go for a walk. Go to Pinterest.com and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have awesome pics and quotes that always motivate me to get moving and stay on track. Make your own inspiration board at home with cork board (walmart has them cheap) and write down all the reason why you want to lose weight. Put scale in front of fridge. Get some fitness magazines and read for motivation. Cooking Light magazine has awesome recipes. They take normal food and lighten them up. Get a food scale, measuring cups and spoons. Try a new diet that looks sustainable for the long haul and gets you excited. Find what motivates YOU. YOU can do it!
