Finally. A 600g drop. Felt the detox finishing so was hoping for this.
The trick is not to let it mess with your mind. Easy to say, hard to do. These hiccups in our weight loss journey make us stronger, mentally stronger.
Plus I’ve made it to the 12 weeks post op. No more dramas. Waiting on clearance from the surgeon at the end of the month to finally start strengthening this new ACL. So relieved. And found a new physio who knows my surgeons physio so hoping this is a good omen. Cross fingers for me.
