Totally deserved to put on weight this week as my calories were way over again. Have continued to be consistent with exercise and still loving it which is likely why I haven't put on more! In terms of NSVs I'm smaller on my waist, thighs and tum from when I last measured so will take that as a win!
88,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 25,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 5,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Could be body recomposition as opposed to fat gain? 🤔 once you have been at this for a while you can begin to know and see the difference between the two.

I did wonder Anne but I've eaten way over my target calories so can't be sure. I feel stronger though and happier in my myself which is motivating me to try harder with my diet so will see what happens next week!

Suma thank you. Been building up the exercise habit gradually since January which has helped so gone from doing 15 mins daily to around 45mins / 5 days and at least 15 mins / 2 days and building up the cardio with it 😊
