Had a great holiday weekend ate and drank any and every thing I wanted. Manage to get a little exercise in the pool but that was it. Only gained 3 pounds which is great because I will have that off in the next 2 days. Looking forward to the 250s because finally in the first time in a long time, I don't have to shop in the BIG MENS section any more.
