Feeling pretty good. Trying to figure out how to get a bit more protein in my diet. I get tired pretty quick with nuts, see them as a snack and don’t like them without salt which I have to limit my intake of. My focus is keeping my blood sugar in check. Being a carb, fruit eater, it’s a bit challenging as not a big meat, egg eater.
