I had to buy a new belt today. Still have not bought new clothes because I'm loosing steady. I look like a hip hopper. Saw the VA Dietician and Doctor today and they want me to increase my calories some. I had a BMI test last week and now down to 42BMI from 52BMI(last Oct). My muscle mass has increased and they did not expect that after loosing over 50lbs. I walk almost everyday no matter how much it hurts or how cold it is. I just bundle up more. I could make all the excuses i wanted to stay indoors and not walk. But it is only the first part of getting outside that is the hardest and most painful. But I live in physical pain and become so used to it that I have a tolerance to it.
