End of my challenge - I think it helped some, I've lost a few pounds this week, which is better than a gain! But I think I'll just join other challenges rather than make my own
I still need to really, really, diet and exercise hard. This next week will be a no-excuses week. Except for Monday, I should be able to really diet hard the rest of the week, since the boys are away, so I don't need to be cooking for the family.
