I found out what salt does. Oh I already knew it can cause fluid retention. But, I never knew a person could gain so much eating too much salt. I made chicken broth several day ago. I put salt in the pot. I trashed the chicken fat and replaced it with coconut oil!
When I drank a cup I had to add more salt to my cup. For the next 2 days, I drank a cup with 2 meals, and yes I added more salt to each one!
I went from 194 to 199!!!!!!!!!!!
I am finally a few ounces away from what that salt did to me.
So a word of caution, watch ur salt intake!!
