well my diet has gone to the ways side, I have been sick for months with tummy ulcer and sick for about a month with sinus problems. Now I have pneumonia in my left lung, the antibiotics I am on hurt my tummy bad and make me feel more sick with side effects. don't know how long this is going to take to get over but has really put me in a down mood.

Wow, sounds like you've been dealing with a lot. I hope the antibiotics kick in and take care of the pneumonia and that the ulcer heals up.
