Don't let set backs make you give up.
I was all prepared to tell my dietician that I was sorry for wasting her time and that I was just going to give up trying to lose weight because I simply can't control my eating. Then the scale showed this incredible loss. Her words "someone is telling you not to give up". I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
