I stuck to my calorie intake quite well. I don't think I went over my 1500 limit. I didn't do any exercise last night but tonight I went all out on the stationary bike. It was a lot of resistance and my legs are about numb. I hope to do a little bike riding tomorrow sometime. I have a lot of grocery shopping to do. That should spend some calories.
