Karsiob's Logboek, 26 mrt 23

Well good news in a way. I am up .8lb which is better than the over 2lb loss in one week. Slow and steady has worked for me over the last almost 2 years. Today I have a friend coming to binge watch a show. We are having cheese, crackers and wine. For dinner I am making shrimp with pesto pasta and roasted asparagus washed down with more wine, followed by individual PC Key Lime individual pies - I am not a baker... Treat days are a must!
68,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 38,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
