this weekend consisted of a lot of moving from 1 house to an apartment also a bunch of yardwork and landscaping on sunday. I worked out longer and harder any routine in the gym all day long in the sun. I still managed to lose weight and eat/drink what wanted. I'm happy with the results. officially 70 pounds down and now 10 inches off the waist 55" to 45"!!
