It is amazing how much some sunshine and a solid week of weight loss can lift my spirits and motivate me to accomplish more this week. Had to take a break from most exercise this week because I hurt my upper back. I guess I over exerted even though I was taking it easy, I thought. At least I'm still able to bowl. Goal for this week is to lose 1.8 lbs.
100,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 14,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 32,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.

You are doing great! It's so nice to hear you're feeling better about things this week :) Backs can sure be annoying sometimes! I found out I have osteoarthritis in my spine so that's been fun! At least I know why it hurts randomly though!
