Well, I weigh daily and the scale has been going down due to my calorie tracking and commitment to eating healthy. Downside, tested positive for Covid this morning. 3 years and it finally got me. Body aches, severe headache and fatigue. No appetite. 😐

so sorry u got covid. you save all your energy for that beast. do u have an oximeter to check your oxygen? well you need one. check it every hour unless you get worse then check it every 15min. if it ever goes under 90.... go to an ER.

Yes I can track on my Apple Watch, it’s at 99% currently so I’m good. Just feels like a crappy flu. Thankfully I don’t really have a cough. Thanks for the heads up!
