Did really good yesterday - most of my food was at dinner when we went out with friends at the last minute. I ordered a cup of soup and a salad, and had 2 small drinks. There was a karaoke bar and the kids were having a blast singing and then we even danced with them - they had so much fun on a "grown up" type of night!
