I was hoping to break 210 this week but im satisfied that I am close. my goal is to break 200 by end of may. took april off of exercising other than walking to give my back and foot time to heal. back is pretty good now. foot still not so much but Im ready to up the stakes.
95,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 19,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 27,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

2.9lbs is still a healthy drop in spite of everything you said. Heal yourself and the rest will fall into place.

Thank you for the support and encouragement. It truly helps. All my adult children are thin and I dont have any family or friends that are managing their weight so having this community of support makes all the difference in staying on course.
