Wow. The old bod is doing some unexpected things. This is after a 3300 calories re-feed yesterday, nearly 200% my cut calories. Very pleased.

Today, I go back to holding the reigns tight.
85,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
