SaintViper's Logboek, 09 feb 15

I didn't do a good job last week of being prepared with my food. That's probably what led to no loss for the week. That said, I didn't gain anything even over the weekend which is the first time I've done that in a while, so that's good. For the new week, I am once again properly prepared and ready to go.
100,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,2 kg.    Nog te gaan: 30,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
