Hi.
You're drinking coffee to boost your metabolism?
I just looked up coffee, as I stopped drinking it years ago, and see there are apparently a lot of benefits to drinking it. I might try to give it a go. Unfortunately, and this may help us both, the body gets used to coffee if drunk too often and so the weight loss effect of it is really short term. Somewhere online suggests two weeks on, two weeks off; to generally cycle consumption so the body doesn't get too used to it. I might get some coffee on the next shop run!
