Well, in spite of the weight fluctuation the calipers say I'm at 18% bf today. Works for me.
Black ice on the roads this morning. Sunny and bright now. Water is running down the street. Peace of mind since I got the snow off the roof and my trailer before the melt and the rain came.

No. The people below me get flooding. They feel that it's my responsibility that their landscaping holds the water on their property. I try to explain to them that it's physics and gravity's fault since they're downhill. They can't seem to understand that. 50 miles up the road it occasionally gets washed out. This wet is just teasing. It should lock down soon and cabin fever will ensue.

I live in the mountains and when the ice and snow melts it rolls down into the hollow where we live. I am elevated so I haven't gotten flooded out but the creeks run over their beds and flood some of the people in lower areas. Your neighbors have to be silly to blame you for their problems. Ha!
