Good Morning! After 2 weeks of no loss, I was starting to get discouraged. I recalculated my calorie goals, and stayed under without obsessing too much. Stepping on the scale this morning, I was hopeful, but accepting of however my body had responded. I've noticed changes in how my clothes fit and feeling a bit more confident!
