Today was weigh-in and I knew it wasn't going to be good. I tracked my food all week and had gone over my calories, which is why it was no surprise to see a gain. I feel like I was still successful this week because I tracked all my food. I will take that as a positive and not focus on the number. The next weigh-in will be a better one!
