i am gluten intolerant and my son is celiac.
look into Ezekiel 4:9 bread(no flour but really tasty healthy bread) will be found in the frozen section!!
Einkorn whole wheat flour (low gluten no pesticide flour) my son will eat 6 small pancakes- is so good.
itll help make gluten free a more enjoyable journey.
