Well Glen - I was doing the stairs in my house before I lost my path almost three weeks ago. So yesterday I sat down and wrote a plan for the next two weeks to get refocused on my present goal of reaching 375lbs and it does include a half hour of the stairs again and I trying to include some kettle balls that I have and I'll try include more as the time goes on.
