Water retention has pretty much subsided, so this is a reasonably accurate weigh in... not thrilled about the number, but not devastated by it either... I know I can do better... bring it on.
119 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 29 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I get that. Summer = water retention for me too. I hate it. My legs and ankles hate it. And worst of all, my sleeping hates it, as the 50+ times I need to "release" that water is at night. 🙄

Yes, I need a step counter I can stick onto me at night... sometimes it's hourly... I even have 2 types of footwear, normal and huge!
