I forgot to record my weigh in last Saturday so this is a two week loss. I can't remember the last time I was in the 160's I'm feeling pretty good! I don't track my food on here but I do on another app. As of yesterday I have tracked everything I've eaten for 181 days! I also pretty much consistently get 10000 steps a day. I have 2 more habits I really need to work on and that's consistent sleep times and strength training. I'm a night owl and always have been. Although I'm retired I still get up M-TH @ 7:30 to keep my g-baby and F-SU I get up anywhere from 8-10. I never seem to make it to bed until somewhere between 12-1 I would ideally like to keep 11-7:30 sleep time all week. As far as strength training.... I've only gotten as far as watching a ton of Youtube videos that are beginner programs. I've saved a bunch but haven't actually done any. So far I haven't built any muscle watching them, LOL. Anyway, I'm still a work in progress!
