Date: July 25,2022 weight: 148 was my last weigh in and the breakdown of my healthy life style. Things came up in my life. Aside from a mild back injury in October full recovery by mid December. Everything else would equate to an excuse. Time to get healthy again. Daily menu planned for the next 30 days. Workout plan complete.
