Yesterday was a fasting day. weightless reflects the lack of calories. spent a very quiet day at home. Today back to eating and working. First thing I wanted was ice cream. It's very warm in Western Canada right now! Tons of water helps.Back to limiting caffeine and alcohol. Blood pressure still normal range. There is hope I can get off all medication this year.
