Trying a new approach to everything. Have managed to stop counting calories and stop binging badly. Still fall prey to favorite foods but picking myself back up again.
67,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Thanks bud =P I am doing an elimination diet to see what is causing me pain and discomfort. How is everything with you?

That's a good idea what are you eliminating first? Not bad thanks not tracking food just trying to eat small healthy amounts.

Sounds like you're doing well =) I am eliminating foods that cause me discomfort since the doc diagnosed my body is attacking itself in some way. I will no more on the 25th when I go to hospital. So far I have mild lactose intolerance so no milk but cheese is fine, ice cream, cream and other things are borderline. I can't eat rice at all I will get nausea within 10 mins after consumption and no matter what food I eat, I get any type of IBS =/
