Intense heat (triples) and humidity since June is making me completely insane. On the days I'm on plan, I easily drop about a lb just from sweating. Problem is, I've had too many days bingeing on DIY ice cream cake (cheapo ice cream bar with full octane frosting) in an effort to feel cooler and numb myself for a few nano seconds. Times like this I wish I could do alcohol and drugs. Would like to blame it all on the grief, and my total life change situation but it has been more than that. I'm ready to meet Mommie Dearest Mother Nature in a dark alley. I would die trying but at least I'd go out with a smile on my face from simply trying.
