I've been down the weight loss path before. this definately gets harder. I can't seem to get as strict as the first time with the eating. consuming a couple hundred grams of meat protein a day seems to be the only way to feel content hunger wise. trying to feed that with green veg protein just seems to leave me feeling feeble :(. ack!!!
102,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 20,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Choose whatever form of protein is your preference. Be it meat or otherwise. There is no specific source we need to consume our macros from. Just be sure to hit appropriate targets for your goals as far as calories and protein are concerned, a d try to be consistent and you’ll see progress. 😎

I'd never enter myself, but that's pretty neat! Hopefully you folks don't end up celebrating with a BBQ and someone forgets the meat! That's just be awkward.
