Pretty happy here. The muffin top is gone from the top of the 34 inch jeans, so I'm back into the 32's. They're comfy, but the muffin top is there It's my motivation. I don't care much about the weight provided I'm seeing changes like this.
Off for a walk. It's melting outside. :) Puppy has to stay home since I'm heading down town. I guess I'll have to do something with her a little later today.

I think I wore 32s back about 1972! I'm hoping to get close to that again, but those are far in the future for me, I'm afraid. Great job, my man. You are an inspiration to me.

Thanks. 2012 I was wearing 44's and looking at the next size up. I just realized I've been under 200 for two years. Started at 230.
