Have had too many carbs the last few days. I have stayed within my calorie count so that must be what it is. I have been doing my workouts every day and trying to stay on track, had pasta one day, but not alot, and little bread, I normally stay away from that kind of stuff. Anyway, a little set back the last few days, but I feel so good that I am not going to sweet it. I am going to stay on track and endure till the end, lol. My workouts are getting easier so I am pumping them up a bit. Woo Hoo!
