Went off the rails a bit yesterday, was ok at the amusement park but when I got home o had a couple glasses of wine and that always seems to trigger overeating. Today is another day and I need to concentrate more on drinking water since I failed at that yesterday. Getting a bunch of steps in today again because it’s flea market day. (Once a month)
