I won! I had a big speech contest Friday night and I came in first. I'm so relieved it's over. For now. The next step is the District Conference on May 2nd.

My speech centers around my 90 pound weight loss. If you want to see it, here it is!

Congratulations! That was an excellent speech! My brother did that to me a few years ago. It was followed shortly by my heaviest weigh-in at 357. I fully understand. Beautiful!
