Dropped almost half pound so I am back on track!

Had a really good arms and shoulders workout last night and did my normal 20 minutes on the recumbent bike. Feeling good, totally positive so let's Rock gang!!
97,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 24,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 22,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Thanks for the support. Do any of you any tips, whether exercise or LIVEIT tips, that has worked for you. Could be something as simple as what you do to stop late night eating.

I eat a good dinner--usually fish and veggies, sometimes have brown rice with it. Protein carries you longer, carbs break down into sugar and burn fast. I would eat around six and call that a night. Keep yourself busy--playing a game on the computer, drink water and then lay down to rest in bed. Before you know it, you'll be asleep and a whole new day will begin :)

Walking is my best exercise and one that makes me lose the most, the fastest. My problem--time and having someone go with me. I'm petrified of dogs coming after me. I don't like to go to parks alone. I'll do my treadmill or the gym, but really like to walk with someone. When I walk 2-3 times a day, I drop weight like water.

Thanks for the tips. I am a big toss and turn guy but when I work out hard early, it's makes it easier. Walking is great. Do any of our buddies live close to you? Maybe you may want to see if they want to walk. I live by th beach so I just walk there. The only thing I worry about are sharks!! Lol Here's a quote that I like to recite. It's almost like an affirmation so I would like to share it with you. EVERY MORNING IS DESTINY'S WAY OF TELLING YOU THAT YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE IS YET TO BE FULFILLED. Deb_N, I believe in determination and be creative whatever life throws at you. Like this I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party.
