kingkeld's Logboek, 03 aug 11

Another day of yo-yoing. This it getting tedious. I have done so well for so long that this is starting to bug me somewhat. I want to keep going, and I hope to do so without stirring too much trouble maintaining what I do. It seems that this has mostly stalled while I've been on break from work. I keep my calorie intake correct EVERY day, and still try to move around somewhat, probably more or less as I would do at work anyways.
So why the sudden stall, or plateau? I really don't want to look into spike days (WAY against my principle) or weird fast to get over the hump. That being said, I am also interested in moving on. What do I do?
Tomorrow, my wife and daughter will be back from their vacation. Maybe that will help me keep moving. :)
