Well thank heavens for that.. apparently alot of that was just salty water from the rough weekend.. so that is a comfort. I keep telling myself that.. you know to keep me off of the ledge.. but you always have to worry "did I really gain 6 lbs in 2 weeks?" Anyway here I am feet firmly planted on the ground and no ledges in site. :)
