I had bounced up to 177 on the 1st after my last binge. Clawing my way back down. Weather cooler just the last few days, the 88 days of triples and extreme humidity are gone. Was deleriously happy we finally got a good rain. Did my patio walk in the rain, holding my arms out like a bird to catch the cooler air under my arms. Making a few more rounds on the patio (my walking spot) each day.
