Overslept and weighed after noon on the day. :-) Looks like sleeping well help reduce your weight. Also had cut down on cals by approx 100 - 150 per day. Same amount of workouts per day.

Sleep is working for me too to reduce weight as well :) lack of sleep due to either late "doing something almost nothing" or due to stress when thoughts spin 24/7 cause immediate kilohike even if same calories consumed. Cortisol is the key to cause problems so, if possible - always better long sleep resulting into happier morning weight in 😁
