What kinda exercise do you do? I've been inactive for so long that I'm finding it hard to find a set exercises that I can do without passing out (and no, I don't push myself but even after doing just a few (less than 10) reps, I am getting ready to pass out.

Pbelschner - Thank you for your comments! An interesting question to which I have to say my main exercise has been walking 30 min. a day. It has taken me a bit of time to get up to that as I had a health scare this past July which put me in two different hospitals. My legs are finally feeling stronger and I plan on adding in some weight training soon. Other than that the other thing I have been doing is changing my diet to match the type of diet advocated by Dr. Amy Meyers in her book, “The Autoimmune Solution “. Yes, I have some autoimmune issues that I cannot ignore any more and her advice is helping. So far I have been able to lose about 24 lbs. with more to lose over this winter.
