I had some weak moments yesterday. I think I am coming off of the high and excitement of setting my goals and being able to keep them.
I feel like I came to the realization of what it means if I stick to my goals. I won't be having unlimited servings anymore. Let's be honest. Its kind of nice not watching what is going in and just grabbing as much as I please.
Still made all my goals, but a week ago I couldn't see a way I could mess this up. I'm starting to realize how hard it is going to be.
Just hoping that when that day comes (because I know it will) and the stars align and I have the worst day ever I either A) Don't mess up because I am well prepared or B) After I mess up, have the courage to jump right back in.
For now I am just happy that I can chalk up another day of 100%!
