Been going on OK this week so far,although been a bit lenient on food for some days.Did cardio times so far,feeling good.Eating an Orange or an apple pretty much every day(Actually my 3 yr old hands out a Orange to me every morning on my way to office!!!).Trying my hardest to keep the calorie count around 1800- 2000,although not maintaining a log as I used to do in the beginning
