I didnt think the scale would budge this week but it did. Ive been stalled for a few weeks now and sick of looking at 220 lbs. 215 here I come. Goals for the week are simple. Stay on track with my workouts. Continue to add more water and find a healthy balance while moving up the ladder and adding in foods. OH, and to lay off the cashews, their killing my carb intake.
