37.4 %b/f. Well the weight is going with fasting, think Ive seen the back of the plateau I was having. Currently 60 ish hours fasted at moment and yes will put some weight back on with refeeding. Think ill be eating today, 2 meals, then fasting again not eating till Friday which will be a 42hr fast. More refeeding at weekend. Interesting to see what weight will be Monday morning. If I can stick at this weight 105.8Kg.. then that would be enough weight to lose for a week (2.2kg/almost 5lbs)
