Well, I reached my first milestone. Well, in my mind anyway.. getting under 150 from 164 and a bit. The hard slog is still on, but I have not slid yet... I think the fact that it will seriously impact my health is helping... Anyway... I willkeepp on... only (there is so much! ) lots to go!
